Our checkout system is quick, efficient, and easy to use! Once you have chosen all your handmade country decor and Christmas ornaments, you may proceed to make your purchase using the following payment methods:

• Credit Card: Mastercard or Visa
• Paypal, which includes the options to pay with major credit cards, instant bank withdrawal, or electronic check

Please be advised that 7% sales tax will be assessed to the final purchase price for residents of New York State.

We strive to process orders within 48 hours. However, special orders and bulk orders may take longer. Once an order is processed and handmade, the package will ship Priority Mail through USPS.

• Standard shipping fee of $6.95 applies to all orders under $100.00
• Any order over $100.00 qualifies for FREE SHIPPING

For a quick status update, you may track your order through our automated Order Tracking system. We do not ship Internationally at this time.

Our commitment is your satisfaction! However, we do realize that situations occur that may make a return necessary.

• If your item was damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return the item in unused, saleable condition within 15 days of original purchase.
• If the item is not in saleable condition, we will decline your return. The item must be unused, in the same condition it was when it left our studio.

All return shipping fees are paid by the customer. Please note that we do not accept returns at any time on bulk orders or special orders.

To maximize your security and privacy, all our credit card payments are processed through an SSL secure server. Payments processed through Paypal are completely protected by their security system.

We do gather information for the purpose of completing your order and shipping it in a timely manner. At no time do we use this data for any other purpose other than checkout and order processing. At NO time do we sell or give your information to third parties.
