Missy Mac Designs
Missy Mac Designs began as Country Calicos in 1978. After many years as a retail store in the Adirondack Mountains in upstate NY, we began selling our products across the United States. Over the next few years we produced over 200,000 of our hand crafted Christmas ornaments. Currently we are a mother/daughter team and are now known as Missy Mac Designs.
We love combining our ideas and being creative together to design our products. Our studio is one of our favorite places and all of our items are handcrafted right there. We use only the best supplies, like the wool for our rugs and the quilt shop quality fabrics for our table runners.
Our inspiration comes from many sources. We especially like to be creative with everyday items, like the snowman ornament we made from a child's sock and our paint brush santa.
In our spare time we both sing in an eight member a cappella group called Harmony. We love spending time outdoors and are very involved in church activities. Laura loves scrapbooking pictures of her two children and Brenda loves spending time with her three grandchildren.
